NOTE:

The supplier shall demonstrate the truck / equipment at suppliers site before delivery

The supplier shall provide necessary training to the site personnel if any, required

3.

The supplier shall provide copy of instruction manual and spare parts list during supply

4.

There shall be some provision to cover the item from topside to protect / shield from rain, contamination and environment since the items likely to be transported are much phone to weather

5.

The platform shall have provision like flip/hinge doors/walls/rails on three sides to transport / ship the items safely without any slippage / pilferage and seepage of water from sides

6.

Some sort of cushion shall be provided on platform to avoid shocks/ vibrations during transportation

The items will be transported internally and within campus

The transported items are fragile, delicate and very expensive

9.

Equipment shall be guaranteed for 1 year against any manufacturing defects from the date of acceptance at site

10.

The supplier is required to quote the truck / equipment including battery, battery charger & power cables etc. it may be noted that the input supply voltage will be 230/240 V with 50 Hz AC

The supplier is also requested to supply brochures/ pamphlets of the equipment along with quotation
